Suz’s Mango Salsa

Cut into small dice, and stir together:
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red onion (mild), chopped
1 small tin diced pineapple with juice (5 fl oz or 142 ml)
1/8 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves
1 T lime juice
Dash of salt
(Optional: 1 T southern comfort)

Let stand 1 hour before serving for flavours to blend.
Cover and store refrigerated for 2-3 days.
