Ingredients
Ice
2 parts (1.5 oz) dark rum
1 part (.5 oz) grand marnier
2-3 washed mint leaves
fill with tropical fruit juice combo (pineapple, passionfruit, guava)
Garnish per glass: 3-4 fresh or frozen pineapple, raspberries or blueberries, and 1 mint leaf
Instructions
This makes 2 cocktails. In a cocktail shaker, add:
Ice
2 parts (1.5 oz) dark rum
1 part (.5 oz) grand marnier
2-3 washed mint leaves
fill with tropical fruit juice combo (pineapple, passionfruit, guava)
Shake well and serve in martini glasses. Add to each glass a some pineapple pieces, raspberries or blueberries, and 1 mint leaf.
Serve with a straw or swizzle stick to skewer & eat the berries.
